If your shoes or insoles are not entirely to your liking, you can return them within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Conditions for Returns:

✅ Items must be in new and original condition, including all tags and accessories.
✅ Return shipping costs within the UK are free (return label included in the package).
International returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping, as we do not have a return address in Europe.

Defective Product Returns

If you receive a defective product, follow these steps to request a return or replacement:

    • Provide a detailed description of the defect.

    • Attach clear photos or videos showing the issue.

  2. Evaluation & Approval

    • Our team will review your request and confirm whether the product is defective and irreparable.

  3. Free Return & Replacement

    • If approved, we will cover the return shipping costs.

    • You will receive a replacement pair at no additional charge.

Refunds
